Kindly note we accept exchanges within 5 days of receiving the package as long as the returned products are new and unused and returned with all original packaging and tags.

Please get in touch with us with your order number on shenaz@bottomlineshoes.com to initiate the same.

Returned items will be checked by our quality check team. If the product fails to meet the standards mentioned the product will not be accepted and will be shipped back.

*Return shipping cost to be borne by the customer.

Returns:

All purchases on full price/promotion are eligible for replacement only. Kindly get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving the product.  You will be provided with a credit note after subtracting  all shipping, and CoD charges (if applicable) for the same which will be valid for 3 months.

Final Sale products are not applicable for for returns exchanges or alterations. 

Customised items are considered as final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or return.

If there is a need for the shoe to be altered and is within our scope of work we will take on the alterations solely at our discretion.

In rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, please get in touch with us with your order details and pictures within 48 hours at shenaz@bottomlineshoes.com
