Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Quality Control:

We hope you found exactly what you were looking for at www.bottomlineshoes.com.
Kindly note we gladly accept returns for exchanges within 7 days of receiving the package as long as the returned products are new, unused and returned with all original packaging and tags.

We run a stringent quality control process on all our shipping and packaging processes. In rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, please get in touch with us with your order details and pictures within 48 hours at shenaz@bottomlineshoes.com

*Return shipping cost to be borne by the customer.

We do not have a return pick up policy. We are not responsible for return/exchange items until they reach us. 

You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your returned products.

Returns:

All purchases on full price/promotion are eligible for replacement only. You will be provided with a credit note after subtracting  all shipping and CoD charges for the same which will be valid for 3 months.  

Monetary refunds will not be provided. 

Sales on sale products are final sale. No size / style exchange / refunds will be entertained.

Customised items are considered as final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or return.

If there is a need for the shoe to be altered and is within our scope of work we will take on the alterations solely at our discretion.
